    Intake

    The session that starts it all. We focus on history taking, reviewing relevant assessment results, and getting to know one another. $200

  • Follow-up Sessions

    Standard session length of 55-60 minutes. Here’s where we get to dig deep and really focus on what’s going on. $165

  • Virtual trauma therapy

    EMDR or Brainspotting Intensives

    2-hour virtual EMDR or brainspotting intensive: $450

    3-hour virtual EMDR or brainspotting half-day: $675

    3-day (15-hour) package: $2,800
